At Heycollab, I designed UI design efforts during the platform’s formative years, helping shape a unified digital workspace that supports remote team collaboration. My responsibilities spanned across designing intuitive interfaces for both web and mobile, establishing a modular design system, and aligning visual design with user needs and business goals. In addition to core product design, I created marketing assets and social media visuals to support brand visibility, participated in global tech conferences (Lisbon, Hong Kong, Toronto) to showcase the product, and managed customer care quality assurance to ensure a seamless user experience. This multifaceted role allowed me to bridge design, strategy, and user support—strengthening Heycollab’s presence as a flexible tool for distributed teams.
