As part of the UX team, I helped define the core interaction patterns and visual structure for a system built from the ground up.

My work focused on simplifying complex AI-driven processes and creating a clear, trusted user experience for analysts, advisors, and operations teams.

The process began with mapping key workflows and understanding how different user roles would interact with AI agents.

Setting the scene with the production team

I created user flows and early wireframes to establish navigation patterns and system logic, followed by detailed prototypes that refined hierarchy, clarity, and transparency around AI actions.

Collaboration with product, engineering, and data science ensured feasibility, and usability testing guided the final adjustments.

The platform was restructured to guide users seamlessly through interactions, reducing friction and confusion. Inline UI elements dynamically surfaced relevant actions, while onboarding flows educated advisors on how to use the AI effectively.
